Come celebrate your flow, yourself, and each other. This is sacred time for women to share, learn and process, together embracing the magic in menstruation. This is a safe space where we may be free of any shame around our period, and come together with the objective of shifting what may typically be considered negative or weak about the menstruating woman to a positive and powerful sign of strength. In honor of women's history month, we will have a meaningful dialogue about taboos, experiences, and the cyclical nature of our bodies. We will also dance, make art, and be blessed. Additionally, enjoy hot tea blended in love, by Goddess Breath, and snacks. If you are over 13 and have had your period, you are welcome to attend, regardless of where you may be in your cycle. This event is facilitated by Andrea Gardner, gymnastics coach, dancer, confidence, embodiment, and self-love promoter, as well as creator of Period Parties.
